Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our standard return process.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@vitalasi.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the UK return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Vitalasi is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days (processing times depend on your bank).

We can also offer store credit for future purchases if you prefer.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or received a defective item, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Simply contact our support team to arrange your exchange.

If the item is defective, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible. If the item is not defective and you wish to exchange it for a different size, the original item must first be returned before the replacement is sent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
