The right eyelets on the end of each shoestring pop off when pulling on the shoestring to tighten the fit. If I push them into place again they click but then pop off again when handled. The left eyelets do not pop off, why?

I received my shoes in the post yesterday they are as described. I’m older and need more ankle support than these can provide and so triggered the returns policy. The customer service team could not have been more helpful and helped me every step of the way to get a refund. I provided them with feedback and it was received with Grace and curiosity about making their product better. What a refreshing change for a young company to be seeking to continuously improve rather than simply generating revenue. Lightweight, comfortable summer sports shoe. It weighs almost nothing and is breathable, very nice looking. I usually wear a 40.5 EU and ordered a 41, which is a bit too big for me. The toe area is a bit loose because I have a very wide foot. But it fits well overall. The insole is made of foam and is perforated. I like them.
